Characters: Romeo, Nurse, Juliet, Benvolio, Mercutio, Peter.

Benvolio finds out that Tybalt  sent Romeo a challenge to fight, and Mercutio is amused at the thought of a fight between Romeo and Tybalt. The Nurse arrives with her servant looking for Romeo. Benvolio calls for Romeo than him and Mercutio leave. Romeo tells the Nurse that Juliet needs to meet him at Friar Laurence’s at 2 p.m. in the afternoon to be married. The Nurse has to get a rope ladder from Romeo’s so he can climb up to Juliet’s window to celebrate their wedding.
